A. Yes, all our jewellery are waterproof.
Q. I can’t find my confirmation email?
A. Right now, as I have a gmail email address, most of my confirmation emails are going to spam. Please check your spam/junk inbox and it should be there. However, you definitely should be getting an email with the tracking of your order after it has been process. Additionally, if you have created an account with us, your order can be found in your account order history!
Q. What does PREORDER mean?
A. Preorder means that the product is currently out of stock but the restock is on its way from the manufacturer. The preorder product will be sent out straight away as soon as the incoming stock arrives.
